TreeKeepers have a big impact on the health of Baltimore's tree canopy. Each tree that is pruned has a better chance of surviving and thriving long term.

It is important to collect data on the number of trees pruned and the hours it takes to get this work done. This documentation helps to justify our free training programming and provide the necessary resources for its continuation.

If you prune any city-owned trees, please submit the pruning event summary found HERE.

Note that performing pruning work in the Baltimore City right-of-way or parks is only approved for certified Baltimore TreeKeeper Pruners and partner organizations (or volunteers working under their supervision).
