About the Event
Get your hands dirty for clean water and a greener Baltimore! Join Blue Water Baltimore to plant street trees in the Belair-Edison and 4×4 Communities along Belair Rd. Novice volunteers and expert TreeKeepers alike are welcome to attend. All tree planting projects are rain or shine. Closed-toed shoes and clothing that is appropriate for the weather and getting dirty are recommended. Hats, sunblock, and sunglasses are strongly encouraged. volunteers are asked to bring a reusable water bottle to reduce waste. Street tree plantings are best suited for youth of middle school age and older.
Breakfast will be provided starting at 8:30a by the Lumberjack Club of Catholic High School. There will be pizza from Michael’s delicious pizza after the planting is completed.
